PC Works represents an outstanding value to AAI Insurance. Our business is entirely computer and internet driven, and when we are down due to hardware/software problems, I am not concerned about the hourly labor charge, but I am concerned about quick, competent IT service to restore our work flow. I get that from PC Works, and would recommend that anyone looking for VALUED service, contact PC Works. PC Works is large enough that they always have personnel available, but they still know us, and our systems.
